Sunday School Office Assistant
Duties of the Office Assistant

Work Sundays from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at MAS Elk Grove.

Support Sunday School operations from August 17 to December 21, 2025.

Manage office tasks including documentation, scheduling, and internal communications.

Interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Assist with general organization of Sunday School programs.

Follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and help ensure smooth program execution.

Provide support to teachers and staff as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or higher.

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.

Experience working in an office or administrative environment.

Ability to make decisions within established guidelines.
