Sunday School Office Assistant

Duties of the Office Assistant

 

  • Work Sundays from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at MAS Elk Grove.

  • Support Sunday School operations from August 17 to December 21, 2025.

  • Manage office tasks including documentation, scheduling, and internal communications.

  • Interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Assist with general organization of Sunday School programs.

  • Follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and help ensure smooth program execution.

  • Provide support to teachers and staff as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher.

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.

  • Experience working in an office or administrative environment.

  • Ability to make decisions within established guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with children, parents, or in a school setting.

  • Detail-oriented and dependable.
