Sheikh Abdallah

Sheikh Abdullah currently serves the MAS Center in ‪Elk Grove‬, CA. Originally from Egypt, he memorized the Quran at the age of 9 and holds 11 Ijazahs in multiple Qira’at, with each chain of narration tracing back to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Da’wah from Al-Azhar University, along with a certificate of ‘Aleyat Alqira’at in the 10 Qira’at from the Al-Azhar Institute of Qira’at. He holds a master’s degree in the Qur’an and its sciences.

Sheikh Abdullah is a member of several esteemed Islamic institutions, including the electronic Fatwa group of Al-Azhar Alsharif, the Preaching and Guidance Authority of the Islamic Research Academy, and the Syndicate of the Memorizers and Reciters of the Noble Qur’an in Egypt. He has also served as an Imam and Khatib under Al-Azhar Alsharif.

With his deep knowledge and passion for Islamic scholarship, Sheikh Abdullah brings a rich tradition of Quranic recitation and da’wah to the community, continuing to inspire and guide Muslims of all ages and backgrounds.

Abdallah Elsharkawy

Sheikh Saad Elhelaly

Sheikh Saad Elhelaly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Da’wah from
Al-Azhar University and a Master’s degree in Islamic Sciences. He is
currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Islamic Studies in Chicago, where
he continues advanced academic training in Islamic law, Qur’anic
sciences, and theology.

Sheikh Saad has received Ijazāt in Qur’anic recitation (Tajwid) as well as
authorizations in selected Islamic sciences, enabling him to teach and
transmit traditional knowledge through recognized scholarly chains.

His academic and professional interests focus on renewing Islamic
discourse that remains faithful to Islamic tradition while engaging
contemporary realities. His areas of focus include Qur’anic studies,
Hadith sciences, Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), spiritual development, and
community education, with particular attention to youth and new
Muslims.

In addition to teaching and research, Sheikh Saad enjoys reading,
curriculum development, public speaking, and educational content
creation, and values reflective writing and meaningful community
engagement.

Sheikh Saad is married and the father of two children, and he views
family life as an essential foundation for spiritual balance and personal
well-being.

Sheikh Saad Elhelaly

Sheikh Saad Elhelaly holds a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Da'wah from
Al-Azhar University and a Master's degree in Islamic Sciences. He is
currently pursuing a Master's degree in Islamic Studies in Chicago, where
